Angela “Angie” Message is an experienced licensing professional who oversees office management, licensing applications and operational support at Complete Licensing.

With extensive experience across the licensed hospitality, leisure and entertainment sectors, Angie manages applications from initial preparation through to submission and ongoing liaison with clients, licensing authorities and other relevant parties. Her expertise covers premises and personal licences, temporary event notices, licence variations, gaming permits, outdoor events, festivals and a wide range of specialist licensing matters.

Alongside her role at Complete Licensing, Angie is a Licensing Coordinator within Keystone Law’s Licensing team. Throughout her career, she has managed licensing work for prominent operators and organisations, including J D Wetherspoon, Mitchells & Butlers, Spearmint Rhino and a number of major UK music and dance festivals.

Before joining Keystone Law in 2016, Angie managed the licensing department at a London commercial law firm. Earlier in her career, she managed the North and South Westminster Licensing Department at Horseferry Road Magistrates’ Court, where her responsibilities included arranging application hearings, magistrates’ visits to licensed premises and casinos, and supporting the administration of licensing proceedings.

Angie combines detailed technical knowledge with a practical, organised and approachable manner. She plays a central role in keeping applications progressing efficiently, ensuring that clients receive responsive support and that every matter is handled with care, accuracy and close attention to deadlines.
